2. Service Usage & Restrictions

Our service provides access to digital media content via the internet. Your use is subject to the following restrictions:

  • Single Connection: Unless explicitly stated in your plan, subscriptions are for a single device/connection at a time.
  • No Re-streaming: You may not broadcast, re-sell, or distribute the content provided by Channel-8K to any third party.
  • Personal Use Only: The Service is intended for private, non-commercial use only.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and MAC address details. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, though active subscriptions will not be affected until their next renewal. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Content and Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, the nature of IPTV means that occasional buffering, channel downtime, or maintenance may occur. We do not guarantee that all channels will be available at all times, as channel lists are subject to update and change without notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our apps.
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service.
  • Circumvent any geographical restrictions or digital rights management (DRM).

7. Limitation of Liability

Channel-8K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including issues caused by your ISP or hardware compatibility.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
